Job description
- Research and interpret regulations related to crypto, finance, and tech sectors
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Support building and maintaining internal compliance systems
- Collaborate with other departments (product, operations, management, etc.) to ensure compliance
- Prepare reports and materials for audits and regulatory authorities
- Monitor legal changes and propose process improvements
Requirement
Must-have:
- Experience in legal or compliance roles
- Basic knowledge of finance or crypto sectors
- Legal reading and analytical skills
- Strong communication and cross-team coordination
- Native-level Japanese (or equivalent N1)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in banks, financial institutions, or tech startups
- Business-level English for communication and documentation
